Dave is my 44 year old brother (three years younger than me). Here is a recent picture of him taking me to the hoop in my own driveway. This is his third year participating in the March Madness Pool. He now lives in Richland, Washington with his wife Suzie and their children. Here is a great picture of his youngest son Jake sporting a Tux.
He has his own Physical Therapy clinic in a small town called Grandview. He speaks both English and Spanish daily as lots of his clients are farm migrant workers. He always has a few good stories. Dave originally graduated in Accounting at BYU but then went to grad school in physical therapy at UAB (Alabama). Dave and I shared a room for most of our growing up years. He was a great brother and a very good young athlete. Dave ended up playing football, basketball, and running track in high school. Dave is only 5'9" but placed in the high jump at district as a freshman. As a junior he played on the Lake Owego basketball team that took 2nd in state and lost to Parkrose with the 6'10" Steve Woodside (who eventually played for Oregon State). Dave's best sport was probably football. Unfortunately, he had some serious knee problems his senior year and had to spend most of his time as a spectator. Dave currently loves to golf and run when his body allows. A few years back he did finish the St. George Marathon. |
